Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies. Acquire new commercial customers through personal contacts, community networking groups, and streetbidding. Provide free estimates to warm residential leads.

The Operations Manager position is responsible for staff, sales, and Window Cleaning. The position includes hiring, training, and retaining employees. Sales include creating residential and commercial estimates. Window cleaning includes commercial and residential properties from 1 to 3 stories. This position also requires customer service, assigning work orders, checking in orders, collecting accounts receivable, and answering the in coming calls.
