The Operations Manager position is responsible for staff, sales, and Window Cleaning. The position includes hiring, training, and retaining employees. Sales include creating residential and commercial estimates. Window cleaning includes commercial and residential properties from 1 to 3 stories. This position also requires customer service, assigning work orders, checking in orders, collecting accounts receivable, and answering the in coming calls.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.

 Job Description:

• Direct office and cleaning personnel; supervise teams on large projects as needed
• Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts; coordinate daily routes and monthly schedule
• Assist with writing large project bids and residential warm leads
• Assist in maintaining acceptable levels of accounts receivable
• Manage payrolls for all subordinate staff; hire new staff as needed
• Maintain cross-training for all crucial business operations
• Ensure technicians are providing high levels of customer service; address retraining needs/problem resolution
• Communicate regularly with owner regarding business performance  

Physical Requirements as Needed:

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in outdoor environment 12 months of the year
